Hinwick House

Hinwick House : A Lavish Place in Central London for all Types of Events

Hinwick House is considered Grade-1 listed Queen Anne country home situated approximately 1 hour and a half from Central London, a few minute's drive to Podington in North Bedfordshire. The estate takes into account the Queen Anne main house, Victorian wing extension, Victorian wing, and garage block. There are also stables, three cottages linked to a clock tower, a period dovecote, as well as a stunning walled garden. The estate and the house have 50 rooms, and this underwent a two-year restoration program which lasted in 2016.  undertook the said program of thorough overhaul and repaired the derelict property, and brought it back to life.

The house stands in its own park of approximately 38 acres on the west part of the road from Podington and the south of the Wollaston Road, from which the Hinwick House is approached along a drive.

At the end of that are wrought iron gates with stone piers conquered by collared eagles head with wings shown, the top of the Orlebar family by whom this property was erected. At some time in the past, four warriors were killed; many people say the house is haunted by their ghosts since the murdered warriors were buried under this structure.

Hinwick is a small village with just a few numbers of inhabitants. There are no facilities in the area, such as department stores or a club; however, it is a remarkable and beautiful place to visit. The properties here, including the Hinwick House, are really remarkable and full of colorful stories.
